Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over €50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware that:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
  • Some plant products may be subject to additional phytosanitary regulations

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Jardinoux purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Proof of purchase: Order number or invoice required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and preservation reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened packages of flower seeds (Graines de fleurs)
  • Live green plants (Plantes vertes) due to their perishable nature
  • Fruit trees and citrus plants (Fruitiers et agrumes) for phytosanitary reasons
  • Fresh small fruits (Petits fruits) when applicable

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Customer Service

    Email us at [email protected] with the subject line « Return Request » and include:

    • Your order number
    • Product(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Wait for Approval

    Our team will review your request and send a return authorization with instructions within 48 hours.

  3. Ship Your Package

    Once approved, carefully pack the items and ship to:

    For international returns: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

  4. Confirmation

    We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We will ship the new item once we receive and inspect the returned product
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
